Lately
On Sept 10th 2026, I hadn't posted anything professional in 6 months (!). Why? Because I've been having so much fun. I'm in love — and have been for a while now - with Claude Code.
I'm on AI project #13 now.
It started simply:
- Code calling OpenAI in a chat
- Then RAG assistants, including «Structured RAG»
- Then an AI-readiness workshop
- And a fun AI podcast converter: video → audio → transcript → newspaper article
After that it took off.
- An app for a TV show with 300 people in the room voting through the same app.
And then Easter changed everything.
Last year I went to Copenhagen; this year I knew I couldn't go anywhere - I had to work with AI.
Since then I've breathed Claude Code. Not a day without it.
I first set up a team of agents to code, and at times it worked blazingly well.
I hit a real wall once - some files I wasn't aware of kept messing up the pipeline. Lots of frustration, but I thought «I'm f*cking Edison on this» - and relief came in the end.
After that it has been working like a charm.
In 2026 we still need guard rails, and at Zebra Consulting we have:
- A game-changing repo that truly tames Claude Code
- Unit tests on every PR
- CI
- Screenshots of the change
- And AI that clicks through the app via Playwright or Browser MCP and proves it works.
Like so many people I follow, I don't read code anymore. With guard rails, there are no limits to Claude Code now - websites optimized for visibility in ChatGPT/Claude (AEO), large business apps with high performance demands, workflows moved into Claude Code, GitHub, with Azure or Vercel as the engine.
